Madhu Ahuja brings over 28 years of experience in valuation, forensic accounting, tax, and other financial advisory services. Her extensive background encompasses forensic investigations, litigation support, business disputes, valuation, and tax analysis, equipping her with the expertise to handle complex financial scenarios. Over the years, Madhu has worked on matters involving employee embezzlement, vendor fraud, and financial accounting fraud. She has experience in reconstructing financial records, tracing funds and assets, and analyzing data to uncover financial discrepancies and misconduct. Her comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive tailored solutions to their unique financial challenges, from forensic investigations to detailed valuation and tax analysis. Madhu Ahuja’s diverse background enables her with an exceptional ability to navigate the complexities of financial landscapes and provide clarity with her analysis on financial, valuation, or tax matters.

Carolyn Bremer is a shareholder and Vice President at Ahuja & Consultants, Inc. She brings over 25 years of experience in public accounting and forensic accounting. She specializes in fraud investigations, business disputes, receivership support, business interruption and compliance consulting. She works with a wide range of clients and industries to include legal counsel, private and public companies, public sector and governmental agencies.

Ross Belsome is the Manager of the Advisory Department at Ahuja & Consultants. Ross has over 11 years of experience in financial advisory. He specializes in business valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting, and bankruptcies. He has worked for a wide range of industries, including energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality.

Operations
Deborah began her tenure with A&C in 2012. She currently holds the title of Operations Manager, with proficiency in human resources, financial management, and office administration. She handles all HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations, while also managing budgeting and financial reporting. Deborah excels in streamlining office operations and optimizing administrative processes. Known for her versatility, Deborah ensures efficient and effective management across all operational facets.

Stacey Huser is Senior Manager of the Advisory Department for Ahuja & Consultants. Having worked in both public accounting and private industry, she brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of areas to the firm. Known for her exceptional analytical skills and her ability to uncover intricate financial discrepancies, Stacey currently oversees Receivership accounting and specializes in forensic accounting and financial analysis projects.
JIM KENNEDY

Jim has over twenty-five years of experience in Controller and CFO roles in public and private firms ranging in size from $2 million to over $500 million in annual revenue, primarily in manufacturing, real estate, and SaaS industries. In addition, he has experience in FP&A reporting in a large publicly held company along with over four year’s experience at a “Big 4” Accounting Firm and is a CPA. He is responsible for managing the general accounting services area of the practice.

Devon has over 14 years of tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, financial management and consulting experience gained from both public accounting and private industry. He specializes in both businesses and high net worth individuals. He is responsible for managing tax matters for entities in receivership, bankruptcy or winding up. He has experience in tax compliance and risk matters for large sized nonprofit section 501[c] organizations and their affiliates including private foundations. Devon also consults on total rewards and pay program design covering; executive and broad-based compensation consulting, pay equity analysis, and incentives planning and design.
Chad Sellers

Business Development
Chad Sellers joined Ahuja & Consultants in 2018 as a Marketing Manager and quickly advanced to the role of Director of Business Development. With over a decade of experience in forensic accounting sales, Chad is dedicated to addressing the diverse needs of our clients while strategically expanding A&C’ customer base. Chad excels in fostering personal client relationships and actively participates in local, state, and national conferences to highlight the advantages and comprehensive services of partnering with A&C. His expertise in forensic accounting sales allows him to tailor solutions based on client needs. Outside of his professional pursuits, Chad enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing volleyball, and indulging in his passion for cooking.

Divya’s tenure at A&C began 2016 and she is now a cornerstone of our tax department due to her eye for detail, knowledge of tax laws, and expertise with complex tax matters such as foreign account tax compliance. She has over 18 years of combined work experience in bookkeeping, accounting, internal and external audit and tax matters.

Jeanne-Marie joined A&C in February of 2015 and currently holds the position of Staff Accountant. Jeanne-Marie serves as support in the Advisory Department, providing forensic accounting services and more. She is highly skilled in data analytics, extremely detail-oriented and holds more than 10 years of accounting experience.

Ammon has over 2 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience as well as experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
Jessica Hall

Jessica, a CPA candidate, has 10+ years of combined work experience in income tax, sales tax, and general accounting in air transportation, health care and energy industries. She received her master’s degree in taxation from the University of North Texas in December 2021. Her goal is to become a tax manager handling tax returns for businesses and individuals.

Arti Kathiriya has over 9 years of experience in accounting and tax services, including 5 years as a reviewer in public accounting. She is skilled in financial accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for federal, state, and international filings. Arti’s expertise covers individual and business taxation, estates, trusts, and gifts. She is also experienced in handling foreign offshore matters such as the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP), the Streamlined Domestic Offshore Program (SDOP), and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).

Shamsher is a licensed CPA and a dedicated accounting and tax professional at Ahuja & Consultants, where she has been contributing her expertise since November 2022. With a background in both accounting and tax, Shamsher specializes in preparing personal, corporate, nonprofit, and international tax returns, as well as managing receivership income tax filings and performing accounting tasks for business clients. Shamsher holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from Montreal, Canada, and earned her CPA designation in Texas in 2023. She is proficient in Punjabi, Hindi, French and English.

Natasha brings over 7 years of experience to Ahuja & Consultants, having formerly worked as a Senior Consultant within the Forensics practice of a large public accounting firm in Zürich, Switzerland. Natasha’s project experience includes topics of corporate compliance, regulatory compliance assessments, bribery and corruption investigations, financial statement fraud, procurement fraud, and accounting irregularities. Her skills include project management of large and complex multinational projects and advising and assisting clients on fraud risk management.

Jennifer joined A&C in October of 2023 as a Staff Accountant after serving her country in the United States Army. Recently, she graduated with her master’s in accounting from Texas A&M-Central Texas. She has 4+ years of accounting experience and supports the general accounting department.

Office Administrator
Geneva is the administrative support for the A&C team. She has over 10 years of experience of administrative work including a number of years as an executive administrative assistant.

Dawn joined A&C with years of varied administrative experience. Her past roles in the fields of education, research, and as an executive assistant have given Dawn the skills to support A&C as our Project Coordinator.
